1. How do I register online?

1. You can register an account on our website.
2. At our homepage, click "Register"
3. A registration form will appear. Fill in details carefully and click on the Register button.
4. If any information is not given correctly, an error message will be displayed. Correct the error and click the Register button again.
5. Upon successful registration, your account will be created.
6. Please note that only registered account holders can make a purchase on Hypax Online.

 

2. What Are The Accepted Modes Of Payment?
  • Paypal for oversea customer
  • Cash or cheque payment is acceptable for Local customer

5. I forget my login password or how to reset password?

1. Select "Forgot Password" then key in your email address
2. Click "Recover Password"
3. An email will be send to your email address with instruction to assist you to recover your password

 

6. Where can I get the products?

7. Will an item be restocked?

Yes, however lead time will be different for different items. Please contact us here to find out the earliest restock timing for your item.

1. How do I Place My Order?

All orders will have to be placed on our website.

2. How To Look For An Item?

You can search via "Product Finder" button on the menu, or via various product categories under "Products" page.

 

3. How To Buy?
  • When you see an item you want to buy on the display, simply enter the quantity to purchase and click on Add to Cart.
  • You will notice on the screen that 1 item has been added to your CART and the total amount is also displayed.
  • Repeat the above steps to add more items.

 

4. How To See What You Have Bought So Far?
  • Hover over "Cart (Truck Icon)".
  • You will see a list of items you have picked.
  • You may not change the quantity of items at this time.
  • Otherwise, you may continue shopping to complete the order.
  • Click on the "Cart (Truck Icon)" - you will be directed to Shopping Cart page - you may change the quantity of the items at this time. Do click on "Update Cart" to ensure the changes are recorded. Otherwise, you may continue shopping to complete the order.

 

5. How To Check Out?
  • Click on "Cart (Truck Icon)".
  • Please ensure that all the items listed and the quantity is right.
  • Click "CHECK OUT" button at the end of the page.
  • You will then be ask to check your delivery and payment information.

 

6. What is the minimum order value for delivery?

There is no minimum order value. However, for order value of S$50.00 and below, an admin and handling fee will be applied on top of the delivery charges. For order value of S$50.00 and above, only delivery charges apply. Charges will apply for international delivery based on location.

 

7. How do we know that our order has been successfully submitted?

If your order has been successfully transmitted, your browser should give you an order number with reference to your order. An email will also be sent to you to acknowledge your order.

 

8. How do I confirm my order?

After submitting an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order with an order number given. Please note that confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.

 

9. Tracking your Order

A tracking number will be included in the shipment email once Hypax Online has sent out your order. You may visit Ninja Van for local delivery tracking, or DHL for international delivery tracking. Please note that shipping details will be provided only after item(s) are being despatched and updated on the courier's delivery system.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. How is the delivery system for local shipping service?

Standard Local Delivery
2-5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Free Delivery for orders above S$150
For Deliveries below S$150, delivery charge of S$30 will apply.

Offshore/Special Delivery
* Delivery slots are subjected to availability.

We deliver within mainland Singapore ONLY. We do not deliver to Jurong Island. Delivery address must be a proper Residential or Commercial Office address. Hypax Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any delivery address without giving any explanation.

Additional delivery charges may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Special requests are subjected to approval from Hypax Pte Ltd.

2. How is the delivery system for international shipping services?

Hypax Pte Ltd engages DHL for international shipping - it will generally take 3-5 working days for items to be delivered. However it may be subjected to weather conditions and / or customs clearance.

2. Can I return and/or exchange my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept return and/or exchange of orders. This is due to the fact that our order processing commences as soon as your order is placed.
However, we will accept return of items if received by you have defects, or you have received a wrong shipment.
To initiate a return, or if you have questions regarding defective merchandize returns for products purchased online, please email us at sales@hypax.com.sg

 

3. How to report the loss of my shipment?

If your order shows as dispatched and hasn't arrived in the expected time, please check with your local delivery office before contacting us with the details.
However, if you believe that your shipment is loss, please email us at sales@hypax.com.sg

 

4. How to claim the defect / damage parts or goods received.

Should you receive any DEFECT / DAMAGE PARTS items in your shipment, please email us at sales@hypax.com.sg and giving details of your order. Our customer Services will be able to direct you on how to return your item to us free of charge so that it can be assessed by our returns team.

 

5. What is my shipping charges?

At checkout, your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Free Shipping in Singapore is available for standard delivery by a minimum spend of SGD150.

 

6. How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow your shipment status.

 

3. Is there any tax and duties for my order?

Applicable tax, duties and handling charges
For delivery in Singapore, GST is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. You DO NOT NEED to pay for any additional costs. At the point of checkout, you have been charged with the local sales tax (GST of 7%) for your purchases. There will not be any additional hidden costs billed upon delivery.
